Our

Mission

United Volleyball Club (UVC) is a boys-only club that focuses on the growth and development of boys’ volleyball within the Kansas City Region. UVC prioritizes player training, preparing its athletes for collegiate and/or professional achievement within the sport. UVC will provide a competitive environment where our male athletes not only grow as volleyball players but are empowered as young men as well. We believe high levels of instruction in a supportive and inclusive environment promotes and prepares our athletes for competition as well as it helps them prepare for their future, both on and off the court.

  • Understanding that making mistakes on the court is okay as it allows for growth and provides an opportunity to learn.
  • Practice like you play! If we want to play like a championship team, we must practice like a championship team.

UVC 2024-2025 Season

Non-Refundable deposit of $400 due by the end of August.

Remaining fees will be divided evenly and due at the beginning of each month starting in October and ending in February.

Navy teams will compete with the intent on trying to earn a bid to USAV and/or AAU Nationals

How do I know what age my player competes in?

What is included in the pricing?

Player’s uniform package (jersey, practice shirts, warmup shirt, volleyball)

Tournament entry fees

Court rental for practices

Coaches’ pay (not travel)

What is additional cost could incur?

Strength and Conditioning (either by team or ala carte)

If the team travels to compete, they will split the cost of coaches travel fees

HUDL and Sports Recruits memberships

How long does a typical season run?

Late September through February

If a team qualifies for USAV and/or AAU Nationals, they will break from practicing after February and pick back up with practices in May with Nationals occurring in late June/early July
