Testimonials

I’ve been working out Betty for 3 years now and I can see an improvement in every aspect of my game. She thinks of every way to help someone get better. She cares so much about each client she works with in and outside of basketball.
Sarah Grant

Player

Betty takes the time to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each of her players and incorporates that into her individual training sessions. Betty has a remarkable knowledge of the game and she really focuses on the fine details that lead to improvement. In the three years my daughter has worked with Betty she has improved in all aspects of her skills and has a better mental approach to the game.
